Gary Hart - keynote speaker at our 26th Annual Meeting at 6:30 pm - served as a US Senator from Colorado from 1974 to 1986 and as a candidate for US President in 1984 and 1988. He is enjoying his new role as an "elder statesman" and as a prolific author and popular lecturer. His most recent book topics range from his personal faith to national security.

Mr. Hart will speak on "The Courage of Our Convictions," a theme that resonates with Western Colorado Congress members who have tackled and won a variety of issues in the past 26 years.

Other highlights of the day will include our annual Business Meeting starting at 2:00 pm, a catered reception and book signing with Gary Hart at 5:00 pm and our Silent Auction featuring more than 20 of those most sought-after items from our Online Auction.
