$12 Minimum Wage in Colorado

WCC has joined the campaign with Colorado Families for a Fair Wage to support a ballot measure that would raise the minimum wage in Colorado to $12 by 2020.

Today’s minimum wage - $8.31 - just isn’t enough to live on. According to the Colorado Center on Law and Policy a living wage on the Western Slope ranges between $12 and $16 an hour.

WCC joined this campaign because our members think fair wages are a part of healthy and sustainable communities.

We’ll soon be circulating petitions to get the measure on the ballot and you can help! Contact Sabrina King at [email protected] or 801-671-8372.
